Hi po ask ko lang Best time to take po ng OBIMIN PLUS, CALCIUMADE, HEMARATE FA AT GAVISCON CHEWABLE? My schedule time to take; 8am Hemarate FA without meal 11am CALCIUMADE 12pm OBIMIN PLUS after meal 7pm CALCIUMADE after meal Before sleeping GAVISCON around 10pm or 11pm Tama po ba ito? #advicepls

I think depende po. Meron kasing nasusuka sa Obimin kaya nire-recommend nila na i-take sa gabi. Hindi ko naman siya na-exprience, pero ang routine ko sa tatlo... Morning - Folic Lunch - Calciumade Dinner - Obimin Plus
