Benefits Of Tongue Scraping

As we Indians must do this everyday after brushing teeth .. as I haven’t see anywhere else they don’t provide tongue cleaner as I always hv doubt , no one cleans their tongue after brushing 🤔. Must use tongue cleaner every time brushing to avoid any germs on tongue .

Yes scraping the tongue is very important, to avoid having a bad breath. If no tongue scraper, just use the toothbrush’s brush is fine too. Personal hygiene is very important, no excuses for it.
