Hello mga ka mommies. I'm 5 months pregnant & FTM, pro hindi pa rin tumataas timbang ko. Still 42kg. & I'm 5'6.... Ang dami ko nman cung kumain ngayon na nabuntis ako. Suggest po na food to eat pra mag gain ng weight.. thanks po sa mga mkasagot..
