Do any of you believe in the benefits of essential oils to aid in nasal congestions, tummy problems, boosting of immunity? Can you recommend some brands please?

I've heard that dottera is pretty ggpod haven't used it myself though.

i only know of young living and they’re quite versatile as well

Young living essential oils! They have a kid’s range.

I don’t believe they do anything useful
