Is it during breastfeeding or after? Is it very painful or just mild? If during breastfeeding and not too painful it could be letdown pain. If it's during & after breastfeeding and very painful and itchy, it could be thrush. If the nipple is white it could be vasospasm. Anyway this is from my personal experience only, better go ask your gynae or lactation consultant for diagnosis and cure :)

Is it during feeding it happens? I've asked a lactation consultant, she said it's the milk flowing. At 4 months I'm still experiencing it. It's true cos whenever I feel the pain when I pump, my milk gushes out

I think that’s the sensation u get when milk builds up? I had that when I bf too
