Ectopic pregnancy

Its been 4 weeks since i had the jab for my ectopic pregnancy. Been going back for blood test and scans but it isnt clearing out. But instead the baby grew bigger while my HCG level dropped. I've got 3 options now: 1) Leave it as it is 2) Get another Jab 3) Removing the tube Open to different opinions here. Thank you in advance!
