Hair grow on LO

Its been 3 month plus my LO gotten his head clean shave. His back hair still look like this. What should I do to make his hair grow?

Hi, It will get better once the baby starts sitting and walking. Don’t worry about it too much. You can apply olive oil as it helps on hair growth
