When to start puree or solid?

Hi,my bb turning 5 months. Next review is when bb will turn 6 months 3 weeks. Can I start to give puree the supermarket bb jar one to start first at 6th month?

Yes, you may start when your baby can sit with support and show interest in food! Happy weaning jouney lil one! Haha
