Baby starts to rolling but she hates it??

Hi my bb just turned 3mo and she can roll on her own but once she is in tummy time position she will kpkb with no reason i have tried many things to distract her and put her hand correctly but no, didnt work and nowadays her hand is like swimming in tummy time position but still scream Seems like she wanna crawl already but since she cant do it she gets very frustrated hence now lesser rolling and lesser tummy time
