Maganda po sana syang source ng iron, pero much better in moderation ang intake po. Make sure pona lutong luto sya.

Yw :) Wala naman po kasi ako nabasa na bawal po kaya pwede. Just always eat in moderation po sa lahat ng kinakain as much as possible. 👍
