Malamig na tubig

Bawal po ba ang pag-inom ng malamig na tubig? Some mommies are telling me na bawal kasi. What's your take on this? I'm a first ime mom. My LO is 2 weeks old.

depende po if may pinafollow kayong customs and traditions related to childbirth. i personally drank cold drinks a few days after giving birth ( cs, 2017)
