Hi mommy, cs din po aq wala naman actually bawal pero mas maganda sana yung makakahelp sayo sa digestion kaya mas ok yung may mga sabaw para nadin sa breastfeeding if ever nagpapa breastfeed ka.

Hi mommy advised po ng ob ko, iwas sa malalansa, like seafood, shrimp, egg at chicken skin. Then more on fiber ka po, para di maconstipate, hirap kce pag constipated.
