i will do some pelvic exercise using the gymball and use cool pack to put on my back, if really super bad backpain i will go for prenatal massage
up till now 34 weeks, nothing seems working on me heh. tryna bear the pain but at times i just broke into tears hahaha
turning 8months wala pa akong nararamdamang back pain, tuhod ko yung sumasakit pinapahilot ko sa asawa ko tuwing gabi.
Asking my hubby to gently massage is the best way, and also he’ll know how I uncomfortable I was too haha
None. I just follow the recommended calcium intake of my OB and a little help from pillows as support.
Salonpas sa lowerback and upper back too.. Already consulted my OB and its safe naman daw hehe
blessed to not have any backaches at all. 30weeks #ftm. I guess sufficient rest helps.
waley, just take a rest lng. higa or upo with unan sa back.. haysss ang hirap
rest well. n change positions n not stay in same position for too long.
i will do zumba dancing for my back hehehhe its really works for me..
