My baby was sick and was crying her heart out all day all night... how do you guys do this? It's heartbreaking.. =(

my baby had fever and flu recently and would not stop wailing. I could not handle, so I asked my mother to come help me. I could not bare to not help her and feel so helpess - so i had to go out for a little while to calm myself down.
