Sucking thumb

My baby is starting to suck his thumb/fingers. What wipes can I use to wipe/clean his fingers so that he doesn’t suck on germs? Not convenient to use wet clean cloth outside

Pigeon or just dry cloth will do. Exposing them to germ can be helpful in developing their immunity (but not in places like hospital and clinics)
