Baby temperature 34.9

My baby just had the pneumoccol vaccine & MMR vaccine today. Now at 3.19am, temperature dropped to 34.9 degree. Understand its always a way of fighting the virus similarly to having a high fever. But is this too risky to have hypothermia for a 1 year old baby?

Is this first time ? Then reason may be the vaccine. but going body temp down needs to monitor closely . and also Inform your PD and get advice

I would say it's the second time. The first time was the 6 months jab. Fever was nearly 40 degree and sent my baby to A&E. On the same night at home, temperature dropped to 34.3. I'm not sure how should or to say what should I do when the temperature plunges low
