My Baby is A Light Sleeper!

My baby girl is 5 months old. She has not been sleeping (deep sleep) in daytime for more than 30minutes. I had to wrap her everytime I put her to sleep. No problem at nighttime since it's quiet. Any suggestions? Sometimes she doesn't even sleep during the day and I have to hold her most of the time. . ?
