Almost 3 month old baby screams and cry while asleep

Hi, my baby is almost 3 months now, and started yesterday when he is napping he suddenly cry and when I carry him to console him he screams like he doesn't know me, or his father, is this a normal phase or something wrong, he doesn't have any sickness but I'm worried he is feeling something
