Baby fever

Baby (8 mo) had fever fluctuating around 37.5 to 38.4 the past two days. However, today her temp dropped to 35.5. I thought my thermometer went bonkers. Is this normal when baby’s breaking a fever? TIA.

Fever is only at >37.5 deg.. anythin below that no need paracetamol alr
