baby constipated

My baby is 7weeks. Im giving fm. Almost 2 days already he dint poo. He often cries discomfort. How to overcome?

sometimes its normal if baby didnt poop for 3 days.. if fully breastfeeding.. my baby was mixed.. and sometimes he also didnt poop for 2 days
