Feeding solids

My baby is 6mo but still cannot sit. Is it ok to feed her any solids? Does it have to be puree?

Have you check with your PD? Like many, my PD cleared my LO to start solids at 5.5 months. If not, the rule of thumb is that the baby have to sit up by himself/herself for at least 1 min without rolling over to start BLw
