Hi my baby is 6 months and hes got this small tiny dots on his forehead and near mouth any suggestions to which cream i should use or soap? I use mustela for baby wash and face cream is sebamed. I think its because of heat
are those dots repeated occurring? I used balm with arnica as my lo has sensitive skin and they didn't appear anymore. hope it helps (:
