Do 3 month baby should normally have steady head?

My baby is 3month by now. Do i have to worry about his head not steady yet and struggle to flip his body. Do i need to help him to flip?

Still early sis.. Mayb u can help him with tummy time for about 5min per session n sooner he will be able to flip by himself
