Red spots on newborn face

Hi, baby is 3 weeks old and starting to have red spots on her face. Is it normal? Should i be worried? 🙁

pls bring to PD so they can rectify what kind of rash. some rash might be normal but some rash could be allergies. best to bring baby to Dr asap 😊
