Any mummies know what is this red spots on baby face?

Hi mummies, FTM here and noticed that my baby face have red spots coming out, anyone know what is this?

It’s baby acne. My one month old still has it on his face. It’s normal and will go away naturally. Wash and wipe his face regularly.
