Can the 2nd period after delivery be irregular or late ?

My baby is 3 months now and had my 1st period on 12/6/19 . But haven't had the second one this month. My periods were regular before pregnancy. Can the second period be irregular or am I going to be pregnant ? My baby is 3 months old now and I am breast feeding and even had depo 6 weeks after giving birth.
