Evening Primrose at 37 weeks and 5 days

Nag-take ako kaninang umaga and tanghali. After nun, medyo sumakit na puson ko. Yung sakit na parang may period. But kaninang umaga, naglaba din ako ng very light and kahapon, halos whole day akong naglakad. I wonder if yung cause ng pagsakit ng puson ko is because of the effect na ba ng primrose or because napagod lang ako? 🤔 Sa mga moms na nagtake nito before, mabilis ba effect sa inyo? Thank you!

1cm at 37 weeks and 2 days

Possible ba na tumaas pa ang cm by just walking? I was advised to take Primrose na pero hindi ko pa nasisimulan. 😅

Weight loss during pregnancy

Last 2 weeks ago, my weight was 68.8kg na but this Monday, 68kg na lang daw. Di ako naniwala kasi feeling ko nga mas lumaki pa ako. So inulit and ganun pa din result. Pwede ba talaga yun na nagbawas ka pa ng timbang instead na madagdagan? 35 weeks preggy.
