How to relief colic newborn

My baby is 2-3 weeks and since start has been crying murder for hours, and nothing works. Even after feed will cry even after warm bath will cry pacifier will reject. I suspect he has colic. Any remedy for colic ? Ive used diff kind of oils and balms on his tummy nothing works He’s always crying for hours to the point his eyes are always swollen.
