Is my baby has an ASD?

My baby is 1 yr and 5 mos already but she is not responsive when we call her name. She just ignore us.. And also i cant communicate with her well because she has no eye contact everytime we talk to her. She is always shouting and I'm worried.. Can anyone suggest what can i do..?
