Yellow sole fee and palm

Hi my baby is 1 year and 6 months na..napansin ko na yellow iyong talampakan nya and palad. Especially kapag sa umaga pinapaliguan ko napapansin ko. Pero white naman eyeballs nya. Takot kasi ako dalhin sya sa doctor lalo nat pandemic
