I am starving!!

Average in every 2 hours, i started to feel hungry. Is that hallucination or what? Do i need so much of food? #firsttimemom #firstbaby #earlypregnancy

its normal. you can try to change your diet to a high fibre foods to make you feel full longer. and try to have some healthy snackings (fruits, nuts, yogurt etc) if you still hungry. or, you can try lower your food intake but eat frequently every 2 hours
