Is it safe to get pregnant at 40's,?

Depende po sa overall health nyo. If healthy naman po kayo at walang mga sakit like high blood or diabetes or whatever, then you should be fine. Although it is a fact that as we grow older ay bumababa na rin ang quality ng eggs natin that might cause genetic abnormalities sa babies natin. Then again, depende rin talaga sa overall health ng mommy (and sperm health na rin). Kaya nga meron rin kahit nasa 20s pa lang ay complicated pregnancy rin naman. If you're really worried, magpa-alaga po kayo sa OB who specializes in high risk pregnancy ☺️ Having said that, I recently just gave birth to my 2nd baby at 39yo. Perfectly normal and healthy pregnancy and baby naman ☺️🙏
