Ilang mos po ba rereglahin after manganak?

Depende po. It differs per person based on numerous factors like genes, breastfeeding, lifestyle, and/ or etc. Yung iba after 1 month lang, iba 1 yr na wala pa. Personally, exclusively breastfeeding ako before sa lo ko at 8 months post-partum ako nagkamens ulit.
