1 hour at least 10 kicks (any kind of baby movements - kicks, rolling). Kalau 8 kicks je dlm sejam tu, pun okay actually tapi make sure not less than that.
Kalau x cukup movement, main2 dgn baby or minum something sweet or sejuk sikit so baby akan start moving.
Ibu kena tahu juga bila waktu baby biasanya tidur so we are aware yg baby sdg tidur and nothing to worried about.
If baby x move sgt or langsung, even lepas main2 or minum, then ibu kena rush to hospital (in case of emergency).
