epidural is type of bius btw (spine anesthesia). pain or not, it depends. based on my experience, for normal delivery in GH, usually dktr didn't allow epidural unless u hv medical condition that approved by specialist. bcz pakar bius are limited, and their priority more to the high risk delivery (emergency csec, ER case). If u really want to get epi during normal delivery, can go to private.
