Kaki cramp 😢

Assalammualaikum, hyee mother. Nak tanya, now saya dah 36week, harini 3x kaki saya cramp. Sebelum ni x de pulak cramp sampai 3x. Sakit diaaa, allahu. Rasa nak nangis. Nurse suruh ambil supplement calcium. Mother boleh share x calcium apa yg mother2 ambil? Nak dekat due ni, makin berdebar 😢#1stimemom
