SSS maternity leave

Asked my employer re: maternity claims. Nagtaka lang po ako kasi yung 105 days po na leave ay 60 days lang daw po ang full paid leave the rest daw po without pay na? Tama po ba yun?

Thanks po sa reply... bale paliwanag po ni employer mandatory 105 maternity leave tas 60days ang paid.. the rest daw po is sss? Pero ung isang coworker ko.. no work no pay sya after 60days tas ang nakuha nya lang is 55k.. though sss premium ang hulog namin.. 2400 ang kaltas eh.. naguguluhan talaga ako.. salamat
