SSS maternity leave

Asked my employer re: maternity claims. Nagtaka lang po ako kasi yung 105 days po na leave ay 60 days lang daw po ang full paid leave the rest daw po without pay na? Tama po ba yun?

Companies have different benefits.. government benefit po ang SSS which currently you can get as high as 70k.. yan lang po makukuha mo talaga kung unpaid ang maternity benefit sa company.. if nagbibigay naman po si company, that's their own policy na po.. maswerte po yung mga female employee na may maternity benefit on top of sss from their companies...
