Ask lang mga mii sino po dito 32 weeks na tas 1.5kg lang din yung weight ni baby. Ano po mga kinain or ginawa niyo para madagdagan yung weight ng baby? Tuloy tuloy naman pag inom ko ng mga vitamins at malakas rin kumain kaso sa kanin mahina. Any tips po na pwede niyo ma-advice. Thankyou 🤍

high protein diet.. here's mine, taho in the morning, orgain (protein drink) as morning snack and fruits, then lunch more meat with gulay for fiber para di maconstipate, pm snack jamaican as example para may meat, then dinner, then midnight snack 4 boiled eggs yung white lang and anmum na may beneprotein powder, tapos gigising ako ng 3 or 4am para magsnack ulit example is rolled oats with peanut butter. kain ka po pakonti konti lang throughout the day and more more water.
