Drink lots of water and eat high fiber foods. Try mo po prunes or prunes juice. Nangyari rin yan sa akin. Simula nanganak ako until mag 3 months si baby hirap ako mag poop. Iniiyakan ko pa talaga yan 🥺

try soft food and more fiber rich fruits & veggies. if hirap talaga, ask your OB to recommend a med for you
