Ask ko lang po sa mga working mom here about my situation.,
My maternity leave started at 34 weeks sa pregnancy ko as per company na din (sensitive pregnancy). 2months na ko now nakapanganak. The thing is pumunta ako sa ob ko to ask for fit to work. Hindi nya ko binigyan stating that i still have 1 month more to rest as per the Philippines revised law about maternity leave and dapat daw nagsimula ang bilang ng matleave ko noong araw na nanganak ako hindi ung araw na nagleave ako sa company. Pero as per company they want me to start working na kase tapos na daw ung matleave ko.
Question: naka specify ba kung kelan dapat e start ang matleave sa batas natin?
If oo , does it mean nilalabag un ng company ko and i can tell that to them also ? ( malay ko ba kung walang alam nasa hr about the law jan charot ?)
I need ur insight ? pls share
