CONSTIPATED

ask ko lang po nahihirapan ako dumumi. Tpos 1 time dumumi ako at nasobrahan ako ng ere at parang namaga ang pempem ko masama po ba yun? advise naman po 27 weeks and 3 days preggy here. Thanks

Try to eat whole rolled oats with milk (yung sakin hinahaluan ko ng cereals and nuts) . Super effective and eat lots of fruits. Drink lots of water din.

Mommy mag high fiber diet ka po muna. Or kain po ng green leafy vegetables saka uminom po ng maraming water. 🙂
