Milk for preggy

Hello ask ko lang po if recommended ba sa Preggy na fresh milk na lang ang inumin like Nestle Fresh milk?? Hnd po kasi ako makigatas, kasi coffee person ako pero since buntis gusto ni hubby sanayin ko na daily mag gagatas at No na sa coffee. ? TIA

Yes sis pwede yung nestle fresk milk basta non fat or low fat. 😊 yun din recommended ng ob ko kung ayaw ko daw ng anmum at enfamama.
