lahat naman pwede kainin in moderation nga lang. bawal masyadong matatamis at maaalat. drink water at least 3 liters a day para hindi mahirapan dumumi kasi prone tayong mga buntis sa constipation dahil na din sa mga vitamins na iniinom naten.
