Hello, 6 weeks pregnant here, ask ko lang if you have any meal plan or meal ideas kung ano pwedeng kainin ng nasa 1st trimester? Daming bawal kasi kainin. hehe. For veggies, may marerecommend kayo na pwedeng kainin? Nauubusan na kasi ako ng ideas. Thank you!#Trimester1 #pregnancy

More on mga masabaw na ulam with fish at leafy veggies po like saluyot, talbos, pechay, at malunggay. Malaking tulong po yan para mag normalize ang inyong hemoglobin at maiwasan ang anemia. Have a variety rin po ng ulam. Minsan mag meat or seafood kc maganda rin sa katawan yun lalo na yung mga isdang mayaman sa fish oil like pink salmon.

sabi naman po ng OB ko ang pinaka-bawal lang kainin eh pinya at hilaw na papaya tapos mga raw fish at matataas na mercury na isda pero aside po dun pwede naman po kainin lahat basta in moderation. sa inumin naman kape at coke bawal
