34 weeks and 1 day preggers here sis☺ nag start ako naglakad nung 30 weeks na c baby. am also having a baby boy. lakad ako for 30 minutes early in the morning. minsan at 7:30 n or 8. umitim nako kakalakad sa may arawan hahaha..pero okay lang need natin ng Vitamin D. brisk walk pa ung akin and may bitbit ako 2 lb dumbbells each hand. ung pinaka maliit na dumbbells. mula nun nawala sakit ng balakang ko at mas lumiksi kilos ko plus naging normal blood sugar level ko. na maintain din weight ko. Bsta listen to your ob and your body. Kapag pagod na kakalakad rest na then drink lots of water.😉 minsan twice a day ako naglalakad. morning and afternoon. Very good daw ako sabi ni ob kasi okay mga tests results ko and she said that I looked good. Tapos iwas manas pa sis. Salamat kay Lord d pa ko minanas since start ng pregnancy. Now am just hoping and praying🙏 na maging madali panganganak ko since it's my first.☺
