Yes :) super natural for your 1st trimester much better mag bed rest ka every time masakit ulo mo, ung naka incline yung back mo then may pillow sa ilalim ng legs mo to help you relax. for food, I recommend eat all you want try everything or better to try first yung most mong kainin or usually nakakain muna from breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks as long as healthy and always drink milk at least 2-3 times a day
