Aside from salad, what other dishes can I make with cucumber?

Why not try make cucumber refreshments instead? :) My family loves my lemonade cucumber. In a pitcher Just mix lemonade powder (any brand will do but for me the best is Country Time) with water then add grated/shredded cucumber (1 medium-sized cucumber, washed and peeled) then some sugar to taste. Serve with ice para mas refreshing! :)
