Baby can’t sleep well-3 weeks old

Anyway to help baby sleep well. Baby can’t sleep during the day and night. Very cranky and keep want comfort

Hungry, wet diaper, colic, too cold/warm? These are the things that I will 'troubleshoot' when baby cry. If all is good but baby is still crying, then I will just cuddle my baby and hope she will calm down.
