Balance diet lang momi, pero bawal raw like sushi. Sa sweets and maalat naman po, in moderation lang. And always remember to drink lots of water. ❤❤❤

bawal po yung mga raw foods. the rest pede naman basta maayos yung pagkakaluto. yan ang sabi ng ob ko. btw first time mom din po 😊
bawal raw food ,under cooked food ,pineapple in little amount only same goes with raw papaya.

Maaalat at matatamis, kape, tea,,; anyway pwd nmn lahat bsta wag lng subra.
